  • We do not store third-party login credentials inside the App.

  • Attempt to access systems or data not authorized to you

  • Interfere with the App’s operation or security

  • Any estimates provided are non-binding until approved and scheduled.

The App may contain links to third-party services, portals, or websites.

We are not responsible for the content, security, or practices of third parties.

Use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

 

 

 

8. Intellectual Property

 

 

All content within the App—including text, logos, graphics, and design—is the property of Smucker Mechanical and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without written permission.

 

 

 

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

We make no guarantees that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific needs.

 

 

 

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Smucker Mechanical shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • We are not responsible for service delays, system outages, or third-party failures
