Smucker Mechanical provides residential and commercial HVAC services including, but not limited to:

 

  • Heating and cooling system installation

  • Equipment replacement

  • Diagnostic and repair services

  • Preventative maintenance

  • Indoor air quality products

  • Ductwork installation and repair

  • Membership and service agreements

 

 

All services are subject to technician availability, equipment availability, and site conditions.

 

 

 

3. Estimates & Pricing

 

 

  • All estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

  • Pricing may change due to material costs, scope changes, or unforeseen conditions.

  • Additional work outside the original scope requires customer approval.

  • Diagnostic or show-up fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

 

 

We reserve the right to adjust pricing if inaccurate information was provided at the time of estimate.

 

 

 

4. Scheduling & Appointments

 

 

  • Appointment times are estimated arrival windows, not guaranteed exact times.

  • Customers must provide safe and clear access to equipment.

  • If we cannot access the property or equipment, a service fee may apply.

  • Rescheduling must be requested with reasonable notice.

 

 

 

 

5. Payments

 

 

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless prior arrangements are made.

  • We accept cash, check, credit/debit cards, and approved financing.

  • Late payments may incur fees or interest charges.

  • Failure to pay may result in collection actions.

 

 

 

 

6. Membership Plans

 

 

If enrolled in a Smucker Mechanical service membership:

 

  • Benefits apply only while membership is active and in good standing.

  • Membership discounts cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated.

  • Missed maintenance visits must be rescheduled within the membership term.

  • Memberships may auto-renew unless canceled per agreement terms.

 

 

Membership terms may vary based on plan level.

 

 

 

7. Warranties

 

 

  • Manufacturer warranties apply to equipment per manufacturer terms.

  • Labor warranties are provided as stated in writing at time of installation.

  • Warranty claims require proper maintenance and payment history in good standing.

  • Warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, unauthorized repairs, or acts of nature.

 

 

 

 

8. Limitation of Liability

 

 

Smucker Mechanical is not liable for:

 

  • Pre-existing equipment defects

  • Manufacturer defects

  • Property damage caused by pre-existing conditions

  • Delays beyond our control (weather, supply chain, power outages, etc.)

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

 

 

Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service provided.

 

 

 

9. Remote Monitoring & Technology

 

 

Certain systems may be eligible for remote monitoring services.

 

  • Participation may require compatible equipment.

  • Data collected is used solely for service and diagnostic purposes.

  • Remote monitoring does not guarantee prevention of system failure.

 

 

 

 

10. Website Use

 

 

By using this website, you agree:
